1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Layerly.ca (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. About Our Products

All Layerly.ca products are 3D printed using eco-friendly PLA filament. Due to the nature of additive manufacturing:

  • Minor surface variations, layer lines, or cosmetic imperfections may be present and are normal for 3D printed items.
  • Colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings and filament batches.
  • Product dimensions are approximate.
  • Not intended as toys for children under 3 — small parts may present a choking hazard.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or containing inaccurate information. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. While we work hard to meet delivery estimates, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our 3D printed products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Warranty

No warranty is offered on our 3D printed products. Products are provided "as is" without any guarantees of durability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond their intended decorative or organizational use.

7. Custom Orders

For custom prints (such as Custom Car Wall Prints), you may upload reference images and specifications. By submitting custom order details, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to any images or designs you provide, or have permission to use them.
  • You understand that custom items are non-refundable once production has begun.
  • Final results may vary slightly from reference images due to the 3D printing process.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including product designs, images, text, logos, and graphics — is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

Many of our product designs are sourced from various third-party designers and have been purchased and licensed for commercial use by Layerly.ca. These licensed designs remain the intellectual property of their respective creators, and Layerly.ca holds a valid license to produce and sell them.

Designs created in-house by Layerly.ca remain the exclusive property of Layerly.ca. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our designs — licensed or in-house — for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Layerly.ca and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
